Jason Natural Products needed a solution that would assist them as they doubled their staff and their family of products and still allow them to continue utilizing their MAS 200 accounting system. Faced with these challenges:

Jason Naturals has been in the personal care industry for 30 years, but in 2000, they were purchased by Hain-Celestial Corporation (Celestial Seasons teas), and then the company grew again in 2005, when Zia Natural Skincare was added to the family. Jason was committed to continue using MAS 200.
Jason turned to Innovative Consulting Services, which recommended its Warehouse Management System. Jason wanted its MAS 200 to function at a whole different level. ICS deployed a pick and pack line, with flow racks, multiple UPS shipping stations, bar-code labeled every bin location in the warehouse, handheld computers for each employee and enabled Jason to generate invoices as they were packed and had a seamless integration with UPS shipping software. Jason Sutherland, controller said, “We needed a real-time view of our on-hand inventory, a physical count and cycle count programs based on handhelds because we more than doubled our warehouse staff.
